Ingredients
2 Cups Raspberries
2 Cups Coconut Milk
1 cup Crushed Tigernuts
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 1 minute
2. Place mixture into popsicle containers and freeze for 5 hours
Sliced baguette (any bread option)
1 ripe avocado
1/2 squeezed lime
handful of chopped coriander
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 cup of crushed Tigernuts
Salt and Pepper to taste
