Vegan Ice Cream
Delicious and extremely healthy vegan ice cream made with 4 simple ingredients. Serves: 2 Ingredients
2 ripe frozen bananas, peeled and cut into 1-inch rounds
2 cups mixed frozen berries
¼ cup coconut milk
Agave nectar (optional)
Simply place all the ingredients in a high speed blender (Bananas, fruit, coconut milk). pulse for 1 minute or until combined.
Scoop into bowls and serve immediately.
Add whatever topping you like. I love to sprinkle some crushed Coco Chin Tiger Nuts on mine but you can use whatever toppings you like.
Drizzle with agave nectar to sweeten if desired
